General Terms and Conditions

  1. General information
All services provided by the online store for the customer are provided exclusively on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions. Deviating regulations are only valid if they have been agreed between the online store and the customer.

  2. Conclusion of contract
The offers of the online store on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to the customer to order goods in the online store. By ordering the desired goods on the Internet, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The online store confirms receipt of the order without delay. The order confirmation as well as the receipt of a telephone order do not constitute a legal acceptance on our part. We only accept the offer when we dispatch the goods to you. You will receive a written confirmation of dispatch by e-mail. The subject of the contract is the goods ordered by the customer.

  3. Delivery
All items are delivered immediately if available from stock. If an item is not available at short notice, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time, provided we have an address from you. Your legal claims remain unaffected.

  4. Payment, retention of title
All prices quoted are gross prices in euros and include the statutory VAT of 20 %. The prices valid on the order date apply. The following payment methods are currently possible:
      • Prepayment (bank transfer or PayPal): The customer is obliged to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract by bank transfer to our account. If payment is made in advance, you will receive an e-mail from us with the exact invoice details. Please enter your e-mail address and/or telephone number in the order form so that we can contact you. Please state your name and invoice number as the purpose of your bank transfer so that we can allocate your payment to your order.

      • by invoice (only for commercial customers!) The customer is obliged to pay the invoice amount within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
The delivered goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made. The customer must inform us immediately of any enforcement measures taken by third parties against the reserved goods, handing over the documents necessary for an intervention; this also applies to impairments of any other kind. Irrespective of this, the customer must inform the third party in advance of the existing rights to the goods.
      1. Warranty
If transport damage to the goods is detected, we ask the recipient to immediately report the damage to the carrier (shipping service). Other recognizable transport damage must be reported to us in writing within 5 days of receipt of the goods. However, failure to make this complaint has no consequences for your legal claims. In all other respects, the statutory provisions shall apply. We are not liable for defects caused by incorrect handling, normal wear and tear or external influences. In the event of repairs to the goods carried out by ourselves or by third parties without our written consent, the warranty claim against us shall lapse.

      2. Liability
The online store is liable in cases of intent or gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for guarantees is independent of fault. The online store shall be liable for slight negligence exclusively in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act, for injury to life, limb or health or for breach of material contractual obligations. However, the claim for damages for the slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, unless liability is based on injury to life, limb or health. The online store is liable to the same extent for the fault of vicarious agents and representatives. The provision of the above paragraph extends to damages in addition to performance, damages in lieu of performance and claims for compensation for futile expenses, regardless of the legal grounds, including liability for defects, delay or impossibility.

      3. Copyright
All third-party logos, images and graphics are the property of the respective companies and are subject to the copyright of the respective licensors. All photos, logos, texts, reports, scripts and programming routines shown on these pages, which are our own developments or have been prepared by us, may not be copied or used in any other way without our consent. All rights reserved.

      4. Final provisions
The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded; Austrian law shall apply. By placing an order, the General Terms and Conditions of the online store are recognized. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid for any reason whatsoever, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
